• Deliver detailed, scenario-based feedback on travel planning, booking processes, customer interactions, and industry best practices.
• Review and critique travel queries, itineraries, and sales strategies for real-world accuracy.
• Create realistic booking scenarios and negotiation approaches for varied customer profiles and destinations.
• Improve customer-service communications for clarity and professionalism.
• Recommend effective sales and upselling techniques within the travel domain.
• Join written and verbal project discussions to clarify requirements and share expert perspectives.
• Review and refine AI-generated content for quality, reading comprehension, and travel-industry relevance.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a closely related travel consultancy role.
• Demonstrated customer service, travel planning, sales negotiation, scheduling, and sales expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide actionable, constructive feedback.
• Strong reading comprehension for assessing complex travel scenarios, itineraries, and procedures.
• Familiarity with current travel trends, technologies, and global destinations.
• Experience managing diverse customer needs and resolving conflicts with a customer-focused approach.
• A detail-oriented, analytical approach and interest in continuous learning and process improvement.
