Compensation: $95K - $500K

We are seeking accomplished legal professionals and highly skilled legal assistants to join dynamic commercial real estate practices across the nation. These opportunities span sophisticated transactional work, from complex financing and joint ventures to acquisitions and dispositions, within prominent and expanding law firms.

Candidates must:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of dedicated transactional real estate experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing complex real estate finance, acquisition, and disposition matters.
• Be self-reliant and capable of managing client matters from inception to close.
• For attorney roles, have experience in borrower-side transactions or joint ventures.
• For legal assistant roles, have expert knowledge of commercial real estate workflows.

These roles are not suitable for:

• Litigators or those with primarily litigation experience.
• Individuals seeking entry-level positions without relevant experience.
