Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance Support design and implementation of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities Onboard and mentor new team members while ensuring data accuracy and identifying new metrics Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, statistics, and population management Proficiency in SQL and Tableau Strong consultative engagement skills
