Conduct quarterly sales training sessions and individual performance reviews.Performance Monitoring: Review and analyze sales data and commission reports. Manage the target pipeline lists and ensure alignment with sales goals.Strategic Communication: Establish monthly meetings with the Area VP Sales to discuss regional goals and status. Initiate strategic communication with Sales leadership.Reporting: Submit quarterly reports to the Area VP Sales. Regularly communicate with Marketing Directors and Corporate Accounts on strategic selling situations.Team Environment: Foster a healthy competitive team environment and be involved in top Target Accounts and competitive situations.Accessibility: Be accessible to provide daily troubleshooting and strategic discussions with sales team members. Conduct individual meetings for updates and support.Reinforce Stryker Corporate Sales philosophy and culture statement.Experience & Skills RequiredEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales with a proven history of success.Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in sales field concepts, practices, and procedures.Skills: Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in developing and implementing sales programs.Leadership: Proven experience in formal leadership roles or in leading teams and projects in various settings strongly preferred.Base/Draw + commission: $150,000and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
