Consider joining us!Primary responsibilities for this position include:Provide day-to-day helpdesk-based troubleshooting and technical support for LSS staff in support of agency services.Configure, manage, and maintain workstation hardware, operating systems, and connectivity used by LSS staff and functional areas.Manage and maintain desktop application software.Perform other projects as assigned.Provide workstation-related technical expertise to a state-wide network comprised of over 2500 staff at 13 networked and over 200 standalone sites. This includes approximately 1000 mobile (laptop) staff.
