The specialist will act as a customer support liaison, working closely with plan sponsors and external companies contracted to manage stop loss reporting. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage custom data feeds for external stop loss reporting. Handle all data requests and manage data feeds, including custom data solutions. Serve as a customer support liaison, working with plan sponsors and external companies. Set up secure FTPS data feeds and work with customers and vendors to customize reporting. Field questions, manage a high volume of requests, and provide email follow-up and troubleshooting. Utilize strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data. Maintain excellent organizational skills to handle a growing portfolio of 500+ customers. Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Excel. Excellent organizational skills.
